Welcome to the perfect mountain ski-in/ski-out getaway in Park City, UT. Nestled just steps away from Park City Mountain ski lifts and Historic Main Street and all its cultural happenings, fine dining and shopping, you are sure to have a blast.

We are also steps from the free city bus system that takes you to Deer Valley Resort and the Canyons Resort, and minutes from the golf course and trail system for hiking and mountain biking. This is also an ideal summer, fall, and spring getaway.

The Space

Level 1

First Level

Queen size bed and its own full bathroom.

Level 2

Main Level

Room with queen bed and twin bed, full bathroom. Leads to the outdoor deck on one side and the backyard sitting area and hot tub on the other.

Level 3

Master Suite

King size bed, large walk-in closet, heated floors in the luxurious full bathroom, and its own deck.

Ski Lifts & Access

The house is a quick walk down the stairs to Main Street. The town lift for Park City Mountain is located at the bottom of Main Street—about a 5 minute walk, roughly 300–400 yards.

When you're ready to come back, a cat track takes you along the ridge to an area above the house. From there you walk down the stairs to the front door. It's a little hard to find your first time—have a map of the mountain and use GPS on your phone to help.

For Canyons or Deer Valley, the lift shuttle is at the bottom of the stairs on Main Street. The house is in a great location for easy ski access and walking distance to bars and restaurants on Main.

The Neighborhood

From this property you're just a minute from Main Street. Walk outside and down the stairs to the amazing, quaint, romantic Italian restaurant Grappa. Walk through the streets and find yourself on amazing trails with epic views. It's truly a magical setting and location.

The house is located directly at the top of Park Avenue—a quick walk down the stairs to Main Street. While you can walk everywhere, you'll also find easy access to shuttles; Ubers and Lyfts are always nearby.

Guest Access

Guests can access all areas of the house except two locked doors on the first level. Please contact us if you would like access or are interested in the wines in the wine room.

The house is fully stocked with just about everything you could need for cooking and entertaining.
